Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via your confirmation email.

Package Securely

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
